Notes About Jewels

1. "Jewels" can be purchaced in Southren Moroc. However, that does not mean that they all sell for half of their "Buy" price to a NPC .
2. There is an NPC in moroc who warns that imperfections lower the selling price of a Jewel. This might apply to ALL Jewels!
3. There is NOTHING you can do with "Jewels" other than to sell them, therefore you are, in my opinion, better off selling the Jewels you get from monsters to an NPC. This will prevent you from being ripped off, if nothing else.

Here's a Cool tip from BloodWing \ MadHatter :
Always thought there must be some way to differentiate between the jewels which sells for 2500/250z. and well, here it is. As you can see on the attached screenshot, the one that says
"Jewel in cardinal, can feel some mysterious powers" is the one that sells for 250z
and the one that simply says
"Jewel in Cardinal" sells for 2500z.
I don't know why gravity would wanna make 2 exact jewels and create such a big price difference O_O. This might not really help much (don't think cardinal jewel has a use yet) but If there's people out there who like to collect them, this is how you tell I suppose.

Notes About Gemstones

Note 1: Magicians and Acolytes need "Gemstones" to cast certian (but not all) spells.
You can buy Blue Gemstones in Geffen's Item Shop for 1,000 Zeny each.

Note 2: However, Red Gemstones and Yellow Gemstones are not sold in any NPC shop in
the game. If you were to collect Red Gemstones and Yellow Gemstones, you could try
selling them to Acolytes or Magicians for between 500 zeny and 1,000 zeny.
This is where "Vending" would come in handy.

Note 3: A Merchant with Overcharge at Level Ten (MAX) can sell Gemstones
to a NPC for 620 zeny each. If you are a Magician or an Acolyte, be sure to
keep this in mind when shopping for Gemstones. ^_^

About "Cards"

As you probably already know by now, "Cards" sell to an NPC for 1 zeny. However, in a future upgrade to Ragnarok Online, you will be able to "Equip" cards into slots on your weapons. Doing this will add the monster's attributes, making you more powerfull. Therefore, you should hold onto any cards you get.

I don't know what attributes the cards will add nor do I know what weapons you can equip them into. We'll all have to wait and see what Gravity has in store for us. ~_^

About "Stones"

Oridecon Stones and Elunium Stones are a rare drop from some monsters. Even though they sell to an NPC for only 1 zeny, you seriouslly need to hold on to them.

In a future upgrade to Ragnarok Online, you'll be able to take them to the Blacksmith NPC in Geffen and use them to upgrade your weapons and armor.

DO NOT trust a player in the game to upgrade your weapons or armor. They CAN NOT do it. You will have to wait until the NPC in Geffen is activated by Gravity and/or the Blacksmith Class is available. So, for now, stay tuned to ragnarokonline.com, Eroite or the websites in my Links Section. We will let you know when there is a REAL WAY to upgrade your weapons and armor.

There are rumors of even more powerfull stones that will be added in the future. ~_^
